Jenks Marriage License Requirements
Oklahoma Statutes Title 43 sets the rules. Both applicants must be 18 or older with valid photo ID. Ages 16 to 17 need a parent or guardian at the window to sign, plus a certified birth certificate. Under 16 requires a court order. There is no blood test. No residency requirement. The ceremony must take place in Oklahoma.
