Washita County Marriage License Requirements

The rules for marriage licenses are the same in all 77 Oklahoma counties. You must be 18 or older with a valid photo ID. A marriage record in Washita County has three parts. The Affidavit on Application is the form both people fill out with names, ages, and ID details.
