Couples who present an original premarital counseling certificate showing at least four hours with a qualified provider pay only $5 per 43 O.S. 5.1. No copies of the certificate are accepted. The clerk needs the original document.
Once you pay and sign the application, you get the license. It is good for 10 days. The officiant and two witnesses who are 18 or older sign it after the ceremony. Woodward County Marriage License Rules
Oklahoma law applies the same rules in all 77 counties. You must be at least 18 with valid ID to apply on your own. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian needs to show up and sign a consent form.
